Playful Petals – take 2

One more card made with the Playful Petals card and Tea Party designer series paper.  I also used the Sizzix ‘Top Note’ die (exclusive to Stampin’ Up!) which is quickly becoming my favorite.

The greeting set is a Sale-A-Bration set "Congrats"… a terrific stamp set with many verses of congratulations.

I believe that the Chunky Essentials Glitter helped this out since I made it feeling like there was something missing… perhaps a strategically placed bow…?  What is your opinion (yes, I want to know!).

Amy – I passed right by that set when looking thru the new catalog UNTIL I saw your two samples here! (Thanks a lot! – like I need help finding more stuff!)
The only thing I would add to this card might be 3 brads down in the lower right hand corner.
    Love that Spring look!

Okay, now I’m going to have to buy that paper and yes, the stamp set too. I would cut out one of the little flowers, put it on a pop-up dot bottom left of the “Top Note”.

    Hi Amy

Personally, I think it’s springy and adorable and love the color combo and how you used just a straight piece of the yellow ribbon. I don’t think it needs anything but if I was to add anything at all, it would be maybe some brads or perhaps a button on one of the lower corners of the card, not a bow.

I got this set in the pre-order…guess I’d best dust it off and get it mounted and dirty! Thanks for the inspiration. Jan
