I have very exciting news to share about the new catalog that will be coming out July 1st and Stampin’ Up!’s color palette changes.
The new color collection combines current colors with previous In Colors and introduces five brand new colors. This palette will give you new and vibrant choices, keeping your papercrafting passion original and exciting. Need a peek? Click here or the graphic to the left to see the new ‘core’ 40 colors.
The ‘In Color’ program – The 40 colors shown in the PDF here do not include the 5 new ‘In Colors’ that will also be introduced in July (so they are in addition to these). And in regard to the ‘In Color’ program, Stampin’ Up! will continue to introduce 5 new ‘In Colors’ each year, however they will be available for two years instead of one.
Get up to speed with a kit! With the new catalog, Stampin’ Up! will be offering ‘kits’ of ink pads, cardstock, markers, etc. to get you up to speed with the brand new colors! But, if you join now, you can get in on how to earn the kits free as a benefit that they are offering all active demonstrators with a special promotion until May 31st. Contact me for more information or read about the Stampin’ Up! opportunity here.
Farewell?! And for those of you who have favorite colors that you think you will miss, don’t worry–you can still stock up on paper, re-inkers, markers, etc. by shopping my online store.
Don’t wait until the end of the catalog (June 30th) to order as they will most likely be available only while supplies last.
Personally, I have been working with a LOT of the new ‘In Colors’ and many of my work is designed around the color combinations featured in the Designer Series papers (which are colors that are staying).
I hope this news comes as a happy surprise–honestly, if Stampin’ Up! had called me, these changes would have happened faster. Now I can take my private stash of Pink Pirouette and River Rock out of my drawer (next to my chocolate) and do the happy dance that they are back!
I have lamented more than once about Pink Pirouette, River Rock, Riding Hood Red and Pacific Point going away when they retired as In Colors (but now they’ll be back!). There are many of the 48 colors as they are right now that I almost never use anymore. I hope you find this news as welcoming as I do!

Love the card with the green and black, beautiful combination. I would agree that yellow and black would also look nice. Have a great day! Hope to see you at one of your classes next month.
