Did you know you could cut a CD with scissors when it's
hot?

Use a heat tool to soften the plastic
and cut the CD in quarters while hot (works great with the craft and
rubber cutting scissors). One CD makes 4 cover pieces.

Cut a circle out of cardstock
slightly smaller than the original CD

Fold the circle as shown (Fig. 1),
folding the horizontal line valley
and the diagonal lines mountain--it will fold down into 1/4 to fit
inside two of the cut CD quarters

Stamp sticker paper and adhere to 1/4
front and 1/4 back covers

Adhere
the folded circle between the two covers

Optional: before adhering the inside,
run a ribbon through
