Envelope “Pocket” Keeper

Posted on: Wednesday, October 10th, 2007

Snowman Envelope Pocket

More detail on Snowman Envelope PocketThis is another envelope trick–probably the easiest one!  I think the second photo (left) is clearer for details so I included it.

I made this with Stampin’ Up!’s® ‘large white’ envelope (#107291) and sealed it completely shut.  I punch ‘down’ each side as far as I could (1 1/2 times) with the large Tag punch and the strip down the middle becomes the handle.

You can put things in it as gift holders and even a ‘place’ holder at the Christmas table… put their names on a tag on it!

The set used is Simple Snowman (p. 32) of the current catalog and I did add some sparkly threads (cool knitting yarn from Joanne’s!).

Okay, let’s see what you can do with it!

Hi, I just found your blog through the Splitcoast stampers. I’m almost a SU demonstrator. Stampin Up will finally be available here in Germany, too. I’ll be one of the 1st demostrators, when it starts on Nov. 15th, and I am really excited about it!

I love your items. My husband found it. (I don’t know how) when I was frustrated and couldn’t think of anything cute. He’s good at that sort of thing. Anyway, I love your stuff. I CASE you do and they think I’m brilliant. Thanks!!! One day, I’ll have something brilliant to share with you. I’m learning.
