Isn’t this an awesome idea? I just had to CASE the bride dress idea I received from a swap at convention where Betty Button, Hinesburg, Vt., made a wedding dress from detail on the Manhattan Flower embossing folder (#114517).
I opted to make my card Vanilla on Vanilla and used the new Beau Chateau designer paper and coordinating Marina Mist cardstock and ink. How simple!!!
What you might not be able to see, is that the dress is double layered (Very Vanilla cardstock and Vellum cardstock embossed together and then adhered together and trimmed to the outline of the dress. Before cutting, I adhered the two layers at the ‘waistline’ and covered the monoadhesive with the taffeta bow.
