Birthday Invitation

It is very hard to believe that my "baby" has turned 9! How can it be as I never get any older? I purchased this set "Eat Cake" last year when it came out, but this is the first time that I am using it. The style was cut like a file folder and the Designer Series paper "Petals & Paisley" came to my rescue as the inspiration for the color palette as well as it is the accent stripe down the ... Simply Spring card & holder

This adorable card is actually an "oldie" made with the Simply Spring set... I've been too busy to play with my new stuff (as well as I have loaned so many of my stamps out, I can't play :-( I love the combination of yellow & black... and who doesn't love bees (okay, people who are allergic to their bites?!). The card is actually a standard size but instead of folding over, it folds in from ... View Post

Covered “On Board” 5×5 Art Journal

I covered this album in minutes using the Petals and Paisleys paper over the On Board 5x5 art journal. I just LOVE the new mini catalog--and everything in it! Now I have to book workshops to afford my wish list! The cover was easy with the new spiral punch and I was able to add cardstock pages with pockets as well using that punch to make it fit like they belonged! The round tab punch was ... View Post

Finding Joy in the Little Things…

I needed a quick easy non-card idea for an event I was doing this weekend and got the inspiration from SUDSOL (Simply Unique Demonstrators Sharing Online). The dedication of these volunteers is so incredible. SUDSOL helped me a lot as a new demo years ago looking for ideas and advice and I still use it today! On the SUDSOL mailing list,  Patti Scanlon helped a demo looking for a certain ... View Post

About Me

I am a SAHM of four beautiful girls and married to a ravishingly handsome and exciting man for over 20 years.  My Stampin' Up! business is the excuse for housework not getting done... and really, which would you rather do?  I created this blog originally to show other stamping professionals how wonderful Wordpress is for blogging but ended up loving it for the way it enables me to share what I am ...
