I love this card for how quick it is to make! And I shamelessly stole this card idea from Cindy Lieberman… thanks Cindy!
Do you recognize the Designer Series Paper stripe from "Ski Slope"?
Again (as usual), I cut a 2 inch and a 1/2 inch piece and left the part under the skaters blank so I can get the most out of it.
I colored in the skaters with the Bashful Blue marker and then took some ink from the Real Red marker with an Aquapainter to color in the girl’s skirt, hat & collar. I outlined the skaters on one side with my Creamy Caramel ink for a slightly 3D effect.
SET:
Winter Post (from Holiday Mini), Itty Bitty Backgrounds (speckles)
ACCESSORIES: Very Vanilla & Baja Breeze cardstock, Ski Slope DSP, Close to Cocoa ink pad, Markers: Bashful Blue & Real Red, Aquapainters, sponge daubers
So, how did I do?

This is great. Amy! It looks like it came out of an old shoe box in the back of someone’s closet – that’s meant as a compliment! LOL

I absolutely love this. and I too will CASE it, except I used all of the Ski slope paper that you used, but there are other sheets in there too and of course all the other DSP that I have. Thanks for sharing a beautiful card and for letting us know that it’s ok to copy…..:)

Beautiful card using my favorite stamp set. I’m going to order more of the ‘ski slope’ paper before it disappears forever. TFS
